Well every year a lot of us make our New Years Resolutions. It is New Year and instead of doing huge goals I am going to do small goals so I wont be so down on myself if I cant do all of it at once or have it seem so overwhelming.
Once a week I want to work on one thing each and I will choose from the following categories:
1. Spiritual
2. Physical
3. Emotional
4.Family
5.Organizing of the house
I hope by looking at my week ahead I will be able to pick one thing to help strengthen each of these categories and write it down in my journal.
