A Bat
When we were at the cabin we finally got the kids to bed (kind of) around 11:00 pm. I am not much of a reader at all but I kept hearing about this book called Twilight and everyone said I needed to read it. Well the book is about a teeneger/romance/ vampires. I was just getting into it and finding out about the vampires and all of the sudden a bad went flying from the celing into the living room all through the cabin and then finally out the chiminey. It freaked me out and needless to say I wasn't very calm so all the kids were freaking because I was. Needless to say we all had a long night thinking it was coming back and all the kids kept thinking it was under their beds.

Yikes! I wouldn't be able to sleep either. If the boys are still talking about it, you could always remind them of the new Batman movie coming soon. I know, cheesy.
Oh yuck! What is it with cabins and bats? We have the same problem with Todd's folks cabin too. Looks like a fun holiday. Your kids are getting so grown up and adorable.
What are the odds that would happen when you are reading Twilight!! If you need to borrow the others I have them. I was supposed to let you borrow twilight, but I think everyone at work has borrowed all 3 of mine, and I was never quite sure who had them. When you are done with the series you need to read The Host by the same author. It's about aliens!! It was so good....
LOL. Sorry, I bet it was freaky at the time, but makes a funny story!
